Per Board Bylaw 9100, each year, the Governing Board shall hold an annual organizational meeting. The Governing Board shall establish a committee whenever it determines that such a committee would benefit the district by providing diverse viewpoints, specialized knowledge or expertise or increased efficiency. |
At the organizational meeting, the Board shall designate Board representatives to serve on committees or commissions of the district, other public agencies, or organizations with which the district partners or collaborates. |
