| | | | | | | | On November 4, 2020, the bargaining The California School Employee Association and its Local chapter No. 169 have setted negotiations for the 2019/2020. The Madera Unified School District Team praises the negotiating relationship with the California School Employee Association and thanks their team for the collaborative work during negotiations. |
The Madera Unified School District agrees to provide classified employees with a one-time, off schedule payment of $500 to all active employees effective December 16, 2020, as listed on page #8, Article VI Pay and Allowances of the attached Tentative Agreement. |

The Governing Board recognizes its responsibility to represent the public's it interests in the collective bargaining process. In ratifying agreements on employee-contract, the Board shall balance the needs of staff and the priorities of the District in order to provide students with a high-quality instructional program based on a sound, realistic budget. |
