| | | | | | | | The purpose of this item is to provide the Board with the Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) recommendations on resources to consider for the 2021-22 school year Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). The PAC has held several meetings during the 2020-21 school year. The agenda items covered during the meetings include items such as the CTE programs, Advanced Learner Programs, MEtoBE Digital, Distance Learning and other topics. PAC members heard presentations from staff regarding these items and provided feedback that was used to ultimately prioritize feedback for the Board to consider. |
The presentation will provide a summary of the high priority recommendations that the PAC would like the Board of Trustees and the Superintendent to consider for the LCAP. |

The Governing Board recognizes its responsibility to ensure accountability to the public for the performance of district schools. The board shall regularly review the effectiveness of the district’s programs, personnel, and fiscal operations, with a focus on the district’s effectiveness in improving student achievement. The board shall establish appropriate processes and measures to monitor results and evaluate progress toward accomplishing the district’s vision and goals. |
Superintendent's Recommendation to the MUSD Governing Board of Trustees: |
The Superintendent recommends the Board review the presentation from the Parent Advisory Committee and receive the written recommendations. |
